Tax reduction?

Everyone hates taxes, so when the province announced an $88 million dollar tax reduction effective on Jan. 1, one would expect three cheers from the Manitoba tax paying section at the stadium of provincial tax rates. $88 million may seem to be a large number, however, the reduction in taxes for the Manitoban tax payers may not be something to boost about.
